To explore the therapeutic effects of Danbai Granules combined with azithromycin on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods:A total of 110 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease caused by mycoplasma infection admitted from December 2018 to February 2019 in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table, with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with azithromycin alone, and patients in the observation group were treated with Danbai Granules on the basis of the control group. The effective time, clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the 2 groups were observed.Changes in uterine hypotensive whole blood viscosity, high cut whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit(%),erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinogen hemodynamics before and after treatment, and changes of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 were observed during the treatment. Results:The effective time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group; the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.2%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group by 90.9%; the recurrence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group; compared with the group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant in the 2 groups in hemodynamic indicators(P<0.05).After treatment, the difference was statistically significant in the blood rheology indexes of the observation group, compared with the control group,(all P<0.05); the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 were significantly lower than those in the group before treatment.Compared with the control group, the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 were significantly decreased in the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danbai Granules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease may be by affecting the expression levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 in the blood of patients to improve their uterine hemodynamic indicators, and ultimately improve treatment, reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.
