Scientific and rational cultivation of traditional Chinese medicines is the fundamental method to solve the shortage of Chinese medicine resources and is the fundamental methods to guarantee the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.The quality of traditional Chinese medicines is affected by various factors such as seed seedlings，planting measures and soil conditions.The influencing factors have different effects on the quality of traditional Chinese medicines.However，there are no models and methods for analyzing the quality of traditional Chinese medicines by regulating the factors of Chinese medicine cultivation.Therefore，through literature research combined with expert planting experience，this paper comprehensively analyzes the complex factors affecting the cultivation index of traditional Chinese medicine，and aims to improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the graph database method，a knowledge map that affects the cultivation quality of different traditional Chinese medicines is constructed，and the relationship between the cultivation factors and indicators of traditional Chinese medicines is explored.By adjusting the factors affecting the quality of traditional Chinese medicines，it provides a basis for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicines and the improvement of the quality of traditional Chinese medicines.
