To explore the therapeutic effect of Yipi Lichang decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on patients with chronic colitis.Methods:A total of 134 patients of chronic colitis patients visited The Affiliated Hospital of Henan Academy of Chinese Medicine from December 2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group(n=67) and observation group(n=67).Patients in control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on the basis of routine treatment,patients in observation group were treated with Yipi Lichang Decoction plus traditional Chinese medicine retention enema on the basis of routine treatment,2 courses of treatment were given in the 2 groups.The curative effect and serological indexes difference between two groups after 2 courses of treatment were compared.Results:After 2 courses of treatment,effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the serum levels of inflammatory factors such as CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 were lower than those in control group; serum intestinal barrier function indexes such as D-Lactate,DAO and esotoxin were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of chronic colitis patients with traditional Chinese retention enema and Yipi Lichang Decoction can further improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the body's systemic inflammatory response and protect the intestinal barrier function.
