In order to dig deeper into the acupuncture treatment rules of acupuncture and moxibustion(MGH)in clinical literature in the past 20 years，and further optimize the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment plan of mammary hyperplasia，this study used a variety of data analysis integrated with the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform(V2.5).Methods:The clinical research literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia was collected in CNKI and WanFang database from 1998 to 2018，and the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform was used to count the frequency of acupuncture points，the core prescriptions was summarized and new prescriptions were explored.Results:1)82 related literature were screened，including 112 prescriptions and 59 acupoints; 2)High-frequency acupoints were Fuzhong(CV17)(79.5%)，Wuyi(S15)(67.0%)，Tianzong(SI11)(65.2%)，and Jianjing(G21)(61.6%)，Ganshu(B18)(59.8%)，etc.; 3)Confidence degree was 0.8 and the support degree was 35，and 25 core acupuncture groups were got; 4)4 meaningful prescriptions were screened when the Penalty was 2 and correlation was 8.Conclusion:The combination of acupoint selection and combination of new prescriptions based on data mining and analysis of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform can be used by clinicians for reference and application in primary hospitals.
