    摘要:

    目的:筛选王不留行治疗尿路感染的有效部位,并研究有效部位对膀胱组织IL-1β的影响。方法:选用SD大鼠,以膀胱注射大肠杆菌标准株(ATCC 25922)的方法建立尿路感染模型,大鼠造模后给予王不留行醇溶部位及醇沉部位,给药5 d后通过检测尿液中的细菌数及膀胱组织病理学染色评价其有效性;取有效部位给药后的膀胱组织,检测组织中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果:王不留行醇沉部位可明显降低大鼠尿液细菌阳性率,减轻膀胱组织炎性浸润,可明显降低大鼠膀胱组织中IL-1β mRNA及蛋白的表达。王不留行醇沉部位的主要成分为多糖。结论:王不留行多糖提取物为其治疗尿路感染的有效部位。

    Abstract:

    To screen the effective parts of Vaccaria segetalis in the treatment of urinary tract infection,and and to study the effects of effective parts on IL-1β of bladder tissue.Methods:SD rats were used to inject the standard strain of Escherichia coli(ATCC 25922)into the bladder to establish a urinary tract infection model.After the rats were modeled,they were given the alcohol-soluble part and the alcohol-precipitated part of Vaccaria segetalis.The number of bacteria in urine and histopathological staining of the bladder were detected to evaluate its effectiveness; the bladder tissue after administration of the effective part was taken to detect the expression of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)mRNA and protein in the tissue.Results:Vaccaria segetalis's alcohol precipitation site can significantly reduce the positive rate of urine bacteria in rats,and the inflammatory infiltration of bladder tissue,and can significantly reduce the expression of IL-1β mRNA and protein in rat bladder tissue.The main component of Vaccaria segetalis's alcohol precipitation site is polysaccharide.Conclusion:Vaccaria segetalis polysaccharide extract is an effective part of treating urinary tract infection.
