To investigate the effects of Xianqi Fuzheng Granule combined with Sanjiao acupuncture on immunity and CEA and CA724 in patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ colorectal cancer. Methods:A total of 66 cases of patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ colorectal cancer treated in Yantai Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Sep.2018 to Sep.2019 were collected and were randomly divided into a treatment group(n=33),and a control group(n=33).The treatment group was treated with chemotherapy+Xianqi Fuzheng Granules+Sanjiao acupuncture, and the control group was treated with chemotherapy+Xianqi Fuzheng Granules+Sanjiao acupuncture, with 14 d/cycle and 4 cycles. The cancer-related fatigue and quality of life,TCM symptom scores,T lymphocyte subset, serum tumor marker levels, efficacy, adverse reactions between the 2 groups were compared. Results:After treatment, the QLQ-C30 scores of all dimensions,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and serum CEA,CA724,and CA19-9 levels in the 2 groups increased and those in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCM symptom score and the percentage of CD8 in the 2 groups were significantly lower than before the treatment, those in the treatment group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The DRC of the treatment group(90.91%)was higher than that of control group(63.64%,P<0.05).The incidence of nausea, vomiting and neurotoxicity were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(33.33% vs 57.58%,36.36% vs 63.64%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on chemotherapy, the combination of Xianqi Fuzheng Granules and the Sanjiao acupuncture method can reduce the levels of CEA and CA724 in patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ colorectal cancer, improve their immune function, reduce adverse reactions,cancer-related fatigue, improve quality of life, with accurate efficacy.
