Abstract:To explore the effects of piperazine ferulate tablets on hemodynamics and renal function of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CNG).Methods:A toal of 86 CNG patients admitted to Nephrology Department of Second People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with piperazine ferulate tablets on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, renal function, blood pressure and hemorheology indexes of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.37%,significantly higher than that of the control group (69.77%,P<0.05).After treatment, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than before treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of fibrinogen and thromboxane B2(TXB2) in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The level of 6-keto-prostaglandin (6-Keto-PCF1a) in the 2 groups was higher than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Scr,BUN and 24 h urine protein in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Piperazine ferulate tablets combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of CNG patients can improve renal function and hemodynamics, reduce blood pressure of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
