Abstract:To study the immunoregulatory effects of Jianpi Huashi method on patients with atopic dermatitis (AD).Methods:A total of 88 AD patients who were treated in our Dermatology Department from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment for local treatment, while the observation group was given Jianpi Huashi Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were orally administered 300 mL each morning and evening and were treated for one month. The SCORAD score and immunoglobulin E (IgE),interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-10 (IL-10),and interleukin-12 (IL-12) levels were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment, and the clinical curative effects of the 2 groups were evaluated. Results:After 1 month treatment, the scores of SCORAD and IL-4 level in the 2 groups significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IgE,IL-4 and IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),while the levels of IL-12 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.36%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (63.64%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huashi method can significantly reduce the SCORAD score and immune regulation index levels of AD patients, effectively relieve the disease, which has higher clinical application value.
