To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granules combined with medicinal vesiculation on allergic rhinitis in children with deficiency of lung-spleen qi,and the effect on serum IL-10,IL-4 and IgE levels. Methods:A total of 80 child patients with allergic rhinitis caused by deficiency of lung-spleen qi admitted in the Department of Otolaryngology,Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),Guangzhou University of TCM from August 2018 to February 2020 were chosen and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given Yupingfeng Granules, and the observation group was treated with medicinal vesiculation on the basis of the control group. After treatment of 4 weeks, the symptoms of nasal discomfort, the remission of TCM syndrome, the difference of clinical effect between the 2 groups as well as the levels of IL-10,IL-4 and IgE were compared. Results:After treatment, the nasal symptoms and deficiency of lung-spleen qi in the 2 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).IL-10,IL-4 and IgE in the 2 groups were significantly reduced after treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Yupingfeng Granules combined with medicinal vesiculation on allergic rhinitis in child patients with deficiency of lung-spleen qi is better than that of Yupingfeng Granules alone.
