To explore the clinical effect of Zhenfu therapy combined with Huoxue Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group by SAS software.The control group was treated with Huoxue Jiedu Decoction Granule orally.The observation group was treated with Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with Zhenfu Therapy.The intervening period was 2 months.After the treatment，blood samples were collected for safety and efficacy evaluation，and TCM syndromes score，ESSPRI score and fatigue scale(FSS，MFI-20)etc.were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the control group and the observation group were 78.9% and 85.7%(P>0.05)，the TCM syndrome score，dry score in ESSPRI，ESSPRI total score，FSS score and MFI-20 score of the 2 groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01 and P<0.05); in the observation group，the total TCM syndrome score，fatigue score，constipation score，skin dryness score，pain score，fatigue score in ESSPRI，pain score in ESSPRI，ESSPRI total score，FSS score and MFI-20 score were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with Zhenfu Therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of dryness and fatigue in patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome，and Zhenfu Therapy combined with Huoxue Jiedu Decoction is better than traditional Chinese medicine alone.
