To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Yanggan Huayu Granules in treating hepatitis B cirrhosis of the deficiency of yin of liver and kidney.Methods:A total of 110 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the deficiency of yin of liver and kidney were divided into an observation group (n=55) and a control group (n=55) randomly.The patients in observation group were treated with Zishen Yanggan Huayu Granules，and the patients in the control group were treated with Yinyin Yanggan Huoxue Granules.6 months of a course.The changes of hepatic fibrosis 4 and liver stiffness measurement(LSM) were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.Results:The levels of PC III and C-IV in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after treatment (P<0.01)，the LSM detection value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Zishen Yanggan Huayu Granules have better anti-hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis effect.
