To explore the influence of lifestyle habits on the heart and mind disease of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to provide a certain basis for the prevention and treatment of neurological diseases.Methods:Demographic sociological characteristics and living habits data such as diet,exercise,sleep and etc.were used to obtain from the TCM health status survey.Two-category Logistic regression was used to analyze the influence of living habits on TCM heart and mind.Results:On-time living and exercise were the protective factors for heart and mind(OR=0.274,0.208,0.679、0.772,P<0.05); eating too much taste,oily and salty,and sweets were risk factors for heart(OR=2.969,1.729,P<0.05); meat-based or vegetarian diets were risk factors for heart(OR=2.268,1.694,P<0.05); Irregular diet,no breakfast,late night meals,smoking,drinking and anxiety were risk factors for heart and mind(OR=2.434,3.796; 2.724,1.826; 3.290,3.328; 4.133,1.715; 4.506,2.061,28.926,8.469,P<0.05).Conclusion:Unhealthy living habits can promote the occurrence of heart and mind.It is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of heart and mind disease and promote the prevention and treatment of nervous system diseases.
