To investigate the effects of Qingre Quyu Decoction on inflammatory cytokines and adhesion-related immune molecules in rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:One hundred female Wistar rats were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into five groups：model control group，sham operation group and Qingre Quyu Decoction group(including three different doses of low，medium and high)，with 20 rats in each group.Except for the sham operation group，the other 5 groups established a rat model of pelvic inflammatory disease; the changes of inflammatory cytokines，hemorheology and adhesion related immune molecules were analyzed under the action of Qingre Quyu Decoction.Results:Compared with sham operation group，the indexes of hemorheology of the model control group were significantly increased(P<0.05).After treatment，the indexes were significantly decreased，and the differences were Statistically significant compared with the model control group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in serum IL-4，IL-10，TNF-α，IgA and IgG between model control group and sham operation group(P<0.05); After treatment,the levels of of indexes in each dose group of Qingre Quyu Decoction significantly changed(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Quyu Decoction has great influence on inflammatory cytokines，adhesion related immune molecules and hemorheology in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease rats，and can be popularized and applied.
