Abstract:To explore the mechanism of action of modified Liang-Fu Formula in the treatment of gastric cancer through network pharmacology method.Methods:The effective components and target proteins of Alpinia officinarum Hance,Cyperus rotundus L and Discorea nipponica Makino were from the traditional Chinese medicine system pharmacology analysis platform (TCMSP).And the target of gastric cancer was gotten through the Genecards and OMIM database.Venn online software was used to obtain the common target,and the “compound-target-disease” network diagram was constructed by using Cytoscape 3.7.2 software.The String database was used to draw the protein interaction(PPI) network.Finally,enrichment analysis of GO function and KEGG pathway was carried out.Results:The main active components,such as galangin,quercetin,luteolin and diosgenin,were screened out from the negaeliang side,and acted on 87 gastric cancer targets.Key targets,such as AKT1,MYC,CASP3 and EGFR,were screened out,and key metabolic signaling pathways,such as pi3K-Akt signaling pathway,p53 signaling pathway,and Wnt signaling pathway,were determined.It was involved in protein binding,transcription factor activity,enzyme activity regulation,receptor activity and other processes.Conclusion:Modified Liangfu Formula plays a role in the treatment of gastric cancer through multiple targets and pathways.
