Abstract:To study the content of salidroside and nuezhenide in Ligustrum lucidum from different habitats,and to provide evidence for the standard of Ligustrum lucidum.Methods:The contents of salidroside and nuezhenide were determined by HPLC.The results of cluster analysis were combined with SPSS software to analyze the results.The changes of the content of Ligustrum lucidum from different producing areas before and after processing were compared.Results:The linearity of salidroside in the range of 0.1~0.5 mg was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The regression equation of salidroside was y=23 961 113.000 0x-219 608.500 0,r2=0.999 2,and the average recovery rate was 100.98%,RSD=3.46% (n=6); the high-performance liquid chromatographic determination of nuezhenide showed a good linear relationship in the range of 50~250 μg.The regression equation of nuezhenide was y=214 086.652 00x-5 991 365.000 0,r2=0.9997,the average recovery rate was 100.87%,RSD=2.42% (n=6),which can be divided into 3 categories by cluster analysis.The third category had higher comprehensive scores,indicating that the quality of the wine cellars in the region was good.After the preparation of Ligustrum lucidum,salidroside and nuezhenide had been significantly improved.Conclusion:Cluster analysis has the advantages of simple method,high precision and good predictability and it can be used for Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
