To observe the effect of modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction on intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone levels in patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:From January 2016 to October 2018,a total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Medical College were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group (n=16) and an observation group (n=44).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction and conventional Western medicine.The improvement of gastrointestinal motility,symptom improvement,intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the 2 groups.Results:In the observation group,the patients who were treated with modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction had more advantages than the control group in clinical effect,improving gastrointestinal motility,symptoms,intestinal flora and gastrointestinal hormone levels.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For the clinical treatment of heart failure complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction,modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction has a significant effect.It has a significant effect on promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients,and can effectively alleviate the symptoms of the disease,improve gastrointestinal hormone levels and intestinal flora levels for the patients.
