In the 1970s，Mr.LEI Zhongyi，a master of Traditional Chinese Medicine，proposed the theory of “phlegm stasis”，which was widely used in clinical practice and achieved good clinical effects.As a pupil of Mr.LEI，the authors had the privilege to witness him applied such theory for clinical practice.To advocate such academic theory，this paper summed up his experiences and shared them to researchers and doctors.
