To explore Professor WANG Pei's medication regularities in the treatment of pancreatic cancer based on data mining.Methods:By collecting effective prescriptions that Prof.WANG prescribed for patients with pancreatic cancer in Outpatient of Oncology Department，Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine，from Sept.10，2010 to Jan.12，2018，this paper mainly analyzed herbs based on frequency statistics，Web diagram and Apriori algorithm.Results:A total of 283 prescriptions were included，involving 164 kinds of Chinese medicine.The most commonly used herbs were crude Pinelliae Rhizoma，Trichosanthis Fructus，Astragali Radix，etc.Association analysis showed that a strong relationship existed among Allii Macrostemonis Bulbus，Trichosanthis Fructus，crude Pinelliae Rhizoma，Coptidis Rhizoma and so on.Conclusion:Prof.WANG treats pancreatic cancer mainly by appling herbs with efficacy of tonifying deficiency，dissipating phlegm，and regulating qi.
