Abstract:To analyze and predict the mechanism of Qiangxin Capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure based on network pharmacology.Methods:The active ingredients and related target proteins in Qiangxin Capsules were screened by the systematic pharmacology database and analysis platform of traditional Chinese medicine (TCMSP).According to the pharmacokinetic ADME parameters,the active ingredients were screened under the conditions of oral bioavailability (OB) ≥ 30%,drug similarity (DL) ≥ 0.18,and biological half-life (HL) ≥ 4.00.The predicted target of active ingredient were obtained from the database (Uniprot).CTD,TTD,DrugBanK databases were used to explore disease-related targets.The molecular mechanism of Qiangxin Capsule's intervention in chronic heart failure were analyzed through gene annotation tool Matescape.Results:A total of 108 active components,267 action targets and 32,730 disease-related targets of Qiangxin Capsules were obtained,and finally 264 key targets of Qiangxin Capsules for the intervention of heart failure were obtained.The PPI network was constructed and 47 key targets were selected.Enrichment analysis showed that the key target of Qiangxin Capsule intervention in chronic heart failure mainly involved in MAPK signaling,HIF-1 signaling,TNF signaling,FOXO signaling,PI3K-AKT signaling,gonadotropin signaling,cancer signaling,T-cell receptor signaling and calcium signaling,etc.Conclusion:Qiangxin Capsule can not only directly treat chronic heart failure,but also play an indirect role through hormone,cell metabolism,inflammatory mechanism and immune factors.
