Ethnic medicine of Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of medicine,and has created a large number of ethnic folk experience and famous classic prescriptions.It plays an indispensable role in clinical medicine and related scientific research.Through collecting the ethnic folk experience prescriptions and famous classic prescriptions in Yunnan Province,this paper analyzes its development status and existing problems,as well as the research and analysis of the secondary development research situation,and obtains the inspiration and development ideas of the ethnic folk experience prescriptions and famous classic prescriptions in Yunnan Province.The main problems that restrict the ethnic folk experience and famous classic prescriptions are:The data collection is not complete; the clinical application lacks the corresponding quality evaluation standards and the systematical safety summary; the current laws and regulations have not yet perfect the validity and legal property rights of the folk experience prescriptions and classic prescriptions; and the secondary development and utilization are not innovative.For the folk prescriptions that have been passed down from the mouth but have not yet been compiled,records should be kept in time,properly protected,and safety and effectiveness evaluation standards should be established; a database should be established for Yunnan ethnic medicine,and the ethnic medicine protection system needs to be improved; Innovation and the secondary development of the existing folk experience prescriptions and classic famous prescriptions are needed.
