To explore the effect of Jianpi Yangwei Decoction combined with Shenling Quanyingyang Mixture in the treatment of colorectal cancer patients with malnutrition Methods:A total of 106 patients with malnourished colorectal cancer admitted to Bao'an Authentic Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy Hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to table of random digits，with 53 cases in each group.The patients in the 2 groups received laparoscopic radical operation and FOLFOX chemotherapy for 2 cycles.The patients in the control group received routine enteral nutrition support while the patients in the observation group received with Jianpi Yangwei Decoction combined Shenling total nutrition admixture.Both groups received nutrition support treatment until the end of chemotherapy.The nutritional status，immune function，chemotherapy effect and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment，albumin(ALB)，prealbumin(PA)，hemoglobin(HGB)，transferrin(TRF)，arm muscle circumference(AMC)，CD8+ were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05)，CD3+，CD4+，and CD3+ CD16+ CD56+ were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment，ALB，PA，HGB，TRF，AMC，CD3+,CD4+，and CD3+ CD16+ CD56+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)，and CD8+ were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree chemotherapy-related adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional enteral nutrition preparation，Jianpi Yangwei Decoction combined with Shenling Quanyingyang Mixture could effectively improve the nutritional status and immune function of colorectal cancer patients，and reduce adverse reactions，which provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer and is worth further promotion in the clinic.
