Myocardial metabolic disorder is one of the important reasons for the development of heart failure.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)plays an important role in regulating the metabolism of myocardial tissues，and its mechanism may be to regulate the ATP synthase activity of myocardial cells through the active ingredients of related Chinese medicines，activate Adenosine 5'-monophosphate activated protein kinase(AMPK)signal pathway，stimulate the creatine kinase(CK)response，and increase the level of mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)in myocardial tissue，protecting the structure and function of mitochondria，ensuring the supply and transmission of ATP，improving the energy metabolism of the heart and correcting heart failure.In recent years，the advantages of TCM for chronic heart failure have gradually become prominent，and good results have been achieved.Studying the mechanism of TCM for the supply of ATP in myocardial tissue during heart failure will help provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of the disease.
