To explore the effects of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules on children's mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019，a total of 81 child patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the Seventeenth Metallurgical Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to random number sampling method，they were divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group took azithromycin sequential treatment，and the observation group took Xiaoer Resuqing Granules on the basis of the control group.The curative effects，fever duration，cough duration，lung rales duration，wheezing disappearance time，respiratory tract inflammation indicators，lung function indicators，adverse drug reactions，etc.between the 2 groups were compared.Results:The curative effect the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of fever，the duration of cough，the duration of pulmonary rales，and the disappearance of wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment，PCT，CRP and EOS were all decreased in the 2 groups，and FEV1，PEF，FEV1/FVC levels increased.PCT，CRP，EOS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and FEV1，PEF，FEV1/FVC were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Xiaoer Resuqing Granules in the routine azithromycin sequential treatment of child patients with pycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can help improve short-term treatment effects，improve inflammatory response indicators and lung function indicators，shorten the course of the disease，and have good safety.
