To explore the effects of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on premature ovarian failure and its influence on patients' immune regulation.Methods:A total of of 182 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method，with 91 cases in each group.The control group was treated by hormone sequential therapy，and the observation group took Bushen Huoxue Formula.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The levels of hormones，T-lymphocyte subsets，anti-ovarian antibodies(AOAb)content before and after treatment and curative effect after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 82.42%，which was higher than that in the control group was 60.44%(P<0.05).After treatment，the levels of serun follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)，luteinizing hormone(LH)，AOAb，peripheral blood CD3+，CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were decreased in both groups(P<0.05)，while the levels of serum Estradiol(E2)and peripheral blood CD8+ were increased(P<0.05)，and the change of the above indicators in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Formula could effectively reduce the abnormal immune response of patients with premature ovarian failure，increase the level of estrogen，and improve the clinical symptoms of patients，which was worthy of clinical application.
