Fatigue is one of the most common symptoms of patients with cancer,which has a negative impact on their physical,psychological and social functions,causes significant impairment in overall quality of life.Due to the inability to fully reflect the characteristics of TCM treatment,there are still problems of the existing PROs when applied to clinical research of TCM.This paper summarizes the PRO scale commonly used in clinical research on cancer-related fatigue,discusses it from 4 aspects,namely the study population,measurement burden,treatment stage and scale type,and proposes the development of evaluation tools suitable for TCM research.
