To observe the clinical effects of Shaoyao Mugua Decoction in treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo(PCIV).Methods:A total of 98 patients with PCIV admitted to Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group in accordance with the random number table,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given betahistine mesylate,and the observation group was given Shaoyao Mugua Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,DHI scale,TCD index and FIB before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups,and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,DHI score,TCD index and FIB between the 2 groups,compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,DHI score,TCD index and FIB of the 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 89.36%(42/47),significantly higher than that in the control group(67.67%,33/48),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shaoyao Mugua Decoction combined with acupuncture for the treatment of PCIV patients can significantly increase clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the pain,promote patients' recovery,which has obvious advantages and is worthy of application.
