To investigate the effects of Chinese medicinal for tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen and regulating qi and blood on 7 kinds of anti-reproductive immune antibodies in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)，including AS-Ab，AC-Ab，AEM-Ab，AO-Ab，AhCG-Ab，AZP-Ab and AT-Ab，and to improve the pregnancy outcome of RSA patients with positive antibodies.Methods:A total of 505 patients admitted to Hubei Province Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group(249 cases) and an observation group(256 cases).The treatment group was treated by tonifying kidney invigorating spleen and regulating qi and blood，while the control group was treated by oral prednisone(AC-Ab positive patients combined with aspirin).The observation group was treated with Chinese medicinal based on the method of invigorating the kidney，strengthening the spleen and regulating qi and blood.The negative conversion of anti-reproductive immune antibody during 2 courses of treatment，pregnancy rate and pregnancy success rate within 1 year of trial pregnancy were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The negative rate of antibody and the total rate of negative antibody were 90.23% and 93.99% in the observation group and 82.33% and 82.96% in the control group respectively.There was significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the negative rate between the 2 groups in AhCG-Ab and AT-Ab(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the 2 groups in other antibodies(P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group.Pregnancy rate and pregnancy success rate were 93.36% and 95.82% in the observation group and 87.95% and 91.46% in the control group respectively.The observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicinal of tonifying kidney invigorating spleen and regulating qi and blood could effectively inhibit many kinds of anti-reproductive immune antibodies，promote the negative transformation of antibodies，and significantly improve the pregnancy rate and pregnancy success rate of RSA patients.
