To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Tianma Gouteng Drink in the treatment of H-type hypertension.Methods:The literature on randomized controlled trials (RCT) of Tianma Gouteng Drink in the treatment of H-type hypertension were collected comprehensively.The Meta-analysis and publication bias test were performed by Rev man 5.3 and Stata 14.0.Results:A total of 12 papers were included,including 1158 cases.The results of Meta-analysis showed that：compared with the control group,bTianma Gouteng Drink could effectively improve the antihypertensive effect and clinical efficacy,reduce the levels of DBP and Hcy,reduce interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(PWT),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDD),left ventricular mass index(LVMI),and increase E/A,but there was no difference in SBP,24 h SBP,24 h DBP and LVEF,compared with the control group.Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Drink can effectively improve the antihypertensive effect and clinical efficacy of H-type hypertension patients,reduce Hcy level,improve left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic function,the effect is better than that of Western medicine group.
