To explore the effects and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with Yunkang syrup in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion.Methods:A total of 60 patients with threatened abortion admitted to Ma'anshan Women and Children Health Care Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulphate to prevent pregnancy,and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulphate combined with Yunkang syrup.The incidence of adverse reactions,the time to relieve contractions,the time to stop vaginal bleeding and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the uterine contraction remission time and vaginal bleeding stop time in the observation group and the control group were significantly different (P<0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of threatened abortion patients with magnesium sulfate combined with Yunkang syrup can significantly shorten the recovery time of symptoms,improve the total effective rate of treatment,and has high safety,which has great promotion value.
