The research of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome is the key problem of TCM research,and it is of great research potential to explore the complexity of disease syndrome and reveal its scientific connotation based on saliva transcriptomics.This paper analyzes the link between chronic gastritis and gastric cancer spleen deficiency syndrome and the progression of the disease.Based on the exoRNA expression profile of salivary exosomes,using the academic advantages of salivary transcriptomics,and the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine same disease with different syndrome and different disease with the same syndrome,we propose to find molecular markers with different expression of clinical value.We further promote the quantitative and qualitative research on the material basis of syndrome,and promote the precise development of the tumor certificate of Chinese medicine from the perspective of molecular mechanism.
