Abstract:To explore Professor LI Jie's clinical experience in the consolidation treatment of breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine, and to explore Professor LI Jie's core prescription mechanism of action. Methods:We collected the outpatient cases of Prof. LI Jie, and then screened out the postoperative breast cancer patients who have taken Chinese medicinal continuously for ≥ 3 years, used the TCM Inheritance Support System to obtain Professor LI Jie's high-frequency medication and core prescription for clinical treatment of breast cancer, and used the network pharmacology method to obtain the active ingredients of core prescription, constructed the network diagram and related action pathways. Results:A total of 605 prescriptions from 31 patients were included in the study, resulting in a core prescription composed of 11 Chinese medicinal, 166 intersection targets between active ingredients and diseases, 43 related action pathways obtained by enrichment analysis, and PPI, “Chinese medicinal-component-target” and “target-pathway” network maps were constructed. Conclusion:Prof. LI Jie takes the four-in-one combination of disease discrimination, syndrome differentiation, disease discrimination and physical differentiation as the clinical idea of breast cancer. In the treatment,“Guben Qingyuan”and “invigorating the spleen and dispersing the stagnated liver-energy” are taken as the theoretical ideas. The core prescription is mainly through four possible aspects of multi-target regulation:tumor cell proliferation\ cell necrosis, hormone regulation, angiogenesis and tumor microenvironment, inflammation and immunity.
