Zebrafish is one of the important experimental animal models in modern life science research. It has the characteristics of strong reproduction ability, good visibility, short experiment period, low cost and in vitro fertilization. Chinese medicinal has complex components, and there are various pharmacological mechanisms and targets for treating cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, zebrafish, as a novel experimental animal model, has been increasingly applied in the field of pharmacology of cardiovascular diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, the application status of zebrafish model in cardiovascular pharmacology of Chinese medicinal was reviewed from myocardial injury, hyperlipidemia, angiogenesis promotion, heart failure and other aspects, and it was believed that zebrafish model had a good application prospect in cardiovascular pharmacology of Chinese medicinal.
