To study the related target and mechanism of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia by using network pharmacology.Methods:The active ingredients and targets of Banxia Xiexin Decoction were screened by TCMSP.Functional Dyspepsia related genes were extracted from the Genecards database.The network map of “active ingredient-target-disease” was constructed by Cytoscape software.The key targets were uploaded to the STRING platform to establish the protein interaction network.Finally,the ClueGO plug-in was used to analyze the enrichment of the KEGG pathway.Results:There were 211 active ingredients in Banxia Xiexin Decoction; a total of 70 key targets,including ALB,CASP3,VEGFA,EGFE,IL6 and MAPK8.The enrichment of KEGG pathway resulted in 15 types of related pathways,mainly including TNF signaling pathway,NF-kappa B signaling pathway,5-HT signaling pathway and p13k-art signaling pathway.Conclusion:Regulating inflammation,gastric motility,gastrointestinal hypersensitivity,estrogen content and other approaches are the potential mechanisms of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of FD.This study provides an objective reference direction for the further improvements of FD treatment.
