To investigate the clinical effects of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019，a total of 60 pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy who were treated in the Obstetrics Department of Hainan Modern Women and Children's Hospital were selected as the research objects.Following random number table method，they were divided into a control group and an observation group，with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with comprehensive western medicine.The observation group was given Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on the medication basis of the control group.The duration of itching，the duration of jaundice，bile acid(TBA)，alanine aminotransferase(ALT)，aspartate aminotransferase(AST)，total bilirubin(TBIL)，and the scores of the itch severity，maternal and infant outcomes，incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The treatment effects of the observation group(100.00%) was better than that of the control group(80.00%); the duration of pruritus and the duration of jaundice in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group; the TBA，ALT，AST，TBIL and pruritus scores in the 2 groups after treatment were reduced，and the observation group was lower than the control group; the postpartum hemorrhage and the proportion of premature delivery in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy，Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid is administered on the basis of conventional comprehensive treatment with western medicine，which helps to improve various biochemical indicators，relieve the itching symptoms of pregnant women，and improve maternal and infant outcomes.To a certain extent，the curative effect is improved，and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
