To explore the clinical effects of Baogongzhixue Granules assisting in promoting postpartum uterine involution.Methods:A total of 92 cases of parturients who gave birth in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dezhou People's Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected asresearch objects.According to the method of random number table，the parturients were divided into 46 cases in the control group and 46 cases in the observation group.Women in the control group routinely used oxytocin，and the observation group took oxytocin+Baogong Zhixue Granules.The effects of uterine involution，the height change of the uterine fundus，the indicators of postpartum recovery，the sum of the three diameters of the postpartum uterus，hemoglobin and red blood cell count，and adverse reactions were compared.Results:The effects of uterine involution in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).On 3 d and 4 d postpartum，the height of the fundus of the uterus in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).The duration of lochia after childbirth and the duration of abdominal pain after childbirth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The sum of the three diameters of the uterus in the 2 groups at 42 days postpartum decreased，and the values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin and red blood cell counts of the 2 groups decreased on the 7th day after delivery，but the values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Baogong Zhixue Granules for normal parturient women can help improve the efficiency of postpartum uterine involution，reduce the degree of postpartum pain and promote uterine contractions.
