To narrate the etiology，pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of the treatment of mycosis fungoides(MF) by ZHOU Zhongying(National TCM Master)'s pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxin.Methods:The pathogenesis and the treatment of MF were systematically expounded based on pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxin.We reviewed the current status and difficulties of Western medicine treatment，and discussed the syndrome differentiation thinking of integrated Chinese and Western medicine combined with specific cases.Results:Patients in early stages of MF were treated with skin-directed therapies.While the TCM syndrome differentiation was based on wind-heat type，and the therapeutic method was focused on wind-expelling，heat-clearing，cooling blood and detoxification.Systemic treatment is mainly used in the advanced stage of the disease.The pathogenesis belonged to a mixture of deficiency and excess，and treated with supplementing qi，nourishing yin，cooling blood and detoxification.Conclusion:Early diagnosis of MF is difficult，and the diagnosis mainly depends on pathomorphology and immune tissue chemotherapy.The comprehensive treatment effect of Western medicine is not satisfactory.TCM treatment combined with the theory of cancer virus pathogenesis，closely focusing on the core pathogenesis in stages，can effectively control symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
