To study the correlation between the distribution of congenital Wu-Yun-Liu-Qi characteristics and the postnatal incidence of breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 954 breast cancer patients admitted to Shanghai Renji Hospital and Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the last 8 years were selected as the research objects.The differences in the distribution of the birth date of breast cancer patients in different seasons，heavenly stems，year evolutive phase，dominate-qi，guest-qi，Si-Tian period，Zai-Quan period，and Yunqi combination were explored.Results:The birth dates of breast cancer patients were significantly different in the distribution of the heavenly stems，the year evolutive phase，and the dominate-qi.More breast cancer patients were born in the following periods:the year of Ding or wood，the dominate-qi period was YangMingZaoJin.People who were not susceptible to breast cancer were born in the following periods:the year of Xin or Water，the dominate-qi period is ShaoYinJunHuo.Besides，the risk of breast cancer was significantly higher for people born in the non-peaceful years(Tianfunian，Tongtianfu，Taiyitianfu，Xiaoninian，Buhenian，Tianxingnian，Feipingqizhinian) than for those born in the peaceful years(Suihuinian，Tongsuinian，Shunhuanian，Pingqizhinian).Conclusion:Certain correlation is found between the postnatal incidence of breast cancer in the population and the congenital Yunqi attribute of people.
