To investigate the effects of Motherwort tablets in the repair of uterus and changes in hormone levels after artificial abortion in early pregnancy.Methods:A total of 106 female patients who underwent artificial abortion in their early pregnancy From January 2016 to October 2020，in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Lianyungang First People's Hospital were included.According to the random number method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each.All patients underwent oridianryabortion surgery.The control group was given drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets and Bazhen granules after operation.The observation group was given extra motherwort dispersible tablets on the basis of the control group.The time of relieving symptoms,sex hormone levels,vaginal bleeding score,pain score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The vaginal bleeding time,abdominal pain relief time,menstrual cycle recovery time,and endometrial recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2) in the two groups increased,and the levels of progesterone(P) and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) decreased.After treatment E2 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while P and HCG were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).On the 7th day after operation,the vaginal bleeding scores and VAS scores of the two groups both decreased.The vaginal bleeding score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients in early pregnancy undergoing artificial abortion,the combined of motherwort tablets and basic medication can inhibit postoperative bleeding,strengthen uterine contraction,help improving postoperative sex hormones and relieving pain with favorable safety.
