Abstract:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage and acupuncture in the treatment of stroke. Methods:A total of 100 stroke patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from November 2018 to July 2020 were included, numbered according to the order of admission, and divided into a control group(n=50) and an observation group(n=50) according to the odd and even numbers. The control group was given massage and acupuncture, and the observation group was offered extra traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Tthe clinical efficacy were compared, including blood flow status, namely hematocrit(HCT),fibrinogen(FBG),and plasma viscosity(CP),immune mechanism(lgA,lgG,lgM),nerve and limb motor function, such as neural defect, movement function clinical spasticity index, and adverse reactions. Results:After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the observation group(96.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%); the levels of FBG,CP,HCT,lgA,lgM,and lgG in the two groups were significantly reduced, and those of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group; The NDF and CSI scores of the two groups were significantly reduced, and those of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group; the FMA scores of the two groups increased,it was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05); for the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group(10.00% and 12.00%),there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine fumigation method combined with massage and acupuncture can improve the blood circulation and immune regulation in stroke patients, and promote the recovery of nerve and movement function.
