To analyze the pathological changes of the electrical characteristics of low electrical impedance and bilateral balance of meridian acupoints in patients with insomnia and anxiety, and to explore the correlation between insomnia with anxiety and Zang-fu and meridians. Methods:We selected the initial examination results of 39 patients with insomnia and anxiety in the experimental group and 40 healthy participation in the control group, who have been tested by the JK-02-B meridian tester of the Chinese Medicine Center for Treatment of Diseases during the same period, and statistically compared the 12 electric energy value of Yuan acupoint, and 5 major health indicators. Results:There was no statistical difference in bilateral electric energy value in healthy group(P>0.05).The difference between the diseased groups was extremely significant(P<0.01); the comparison value of the electrical energy values between the 2 groups was statistically different:unilateral heart meridian, pericardium meridian, spleen meridian, stomach meridian and bilateral liver meridian, gall bladder meridian, kidney meridian, bladder meridian(P<0.05),and the values of the healthy group were higher than those of the diseased group; the differences in physical performance, heart and kidney status, and autonomic nerves between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the distribution tends of the three in the healthy group tends to be at a normal level, while the heart and kidney status and autonomic nerve distribution in the diseased group tend to be at a higher level. Conclusion:Insomnia accompanied by anxiety makes the human body's meridian and acupoint conductances appear bilaterally unbalanced, and the meridian electrical resistance is significantly increased. It is related to the heart, pericardium, liver, gallbladder, spleen, stomach, kidney, bladder, viscera and collaterals, physical status, and heart and kidney status, and autonomic presence.
