Abstract:This paper reviews the susceptible factors and biological indexes of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease, the widely reported indicators were classified into susceptible factors, blood biochemical indicators, imaging indicators, gene and polymorphism.According to the occurrence and development process of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis,we analyzed the changes of the above indicators, initially sorted out the research status and deficiencies, and discussed future research ideas and directions. It is believed that the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease has the characteristics of various biological indicators that are abnormal and extensive. Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to explore the combined diagnosis of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome by multi-dimensional indicators. It is pointed out that although many results have been achieved in the research on the biological indicators related to the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in coronary heart disease, there are still some problems in the research methodology. It is necessary to further standardize the diagnostic criteria, set the reasonableness of the control group, and improve the quality and level of evidence by methodological optimization.
