    摘要:

    溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是世界难治性疾病之一,其发病原因和机制尚未明确,制备稳定的动物模型是研究其病因、发病机制和防治此病的一个重要环节。UC动物模型发展至今其造模技术相对成熟,现有造模方法为免疫法、化学刺激法、复合法、中医证候模型、基因修饰法、细菌感染模型及自发模型。UC和中医学的“久痢”疾病临床表现高度相似,其以机体脾虚失运为主要发病机制,饮食不调、情志内伤为首要发病诱因。因此对于脾虚类UC动物模型的建立是探究UC众多中医证型的基石,故对脾虚类UC动物模型研究进展进行综述,便于研究学者应用与发展。

    Abstract:

    Ulcerative colitis (UC) is one of the refractory diseases in the world,and its etiology and mechanism are not clear.Having a stable animal model is an important link in the study of its etiology and pathogenesis and the prevention and treatment of the disease.Since the development of the animal model of ulcerative colitis,the modeling technology is relatively mature.The existing modeling methods are immune method,chemical stimulation method,compound method,TCM syndrome model,gene modification method,bacterial infection model and spontaneous model.UC is highly similar to the clinical manifestations of the disease of “chronic dysentery” in traditional Chinese medicine.Its main pathogenesis is spleen deficiency and loss of movement of the body,and eating disorders and emotional internal injuries are the primary triggers.Therefore,the establishment of the UC animal model of spleen deficiency is the cornerstone of exploring many TCM syndrome types of UC,so the research progress of UC animal model of spleen deficiency is reviewed,which is convenient for the application and development of researchers.
