Abstract:The paper explores how to improve the efficiency of the Chinese medicianl pharmaceutical process from the perspective of process control.Taking the concentration device of a certain enterprise as an example,a controller based on dynamic matrix control algorithm was designed and put into application in view of the problems existing in the control of the concentration process.The controller can automatically adjust the heating equipment to control the temperature and evaporation of the concentration process at the set value.After the controller is put into use,the temperature fluctuation during the concentration process can be reduced by about 30%,which will help solve the problems of equipment fouling and heat-sensitive component loss.
