Abstract:To study the pharmacodynamic process of Liujunzi Decoction in regulating the gastrointestinal tract of rats with spleen deficiency by using dried Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,so as to clarify the pharmacodynamic material basis and mechanism of action after the compatibility of Chinese medicinals,and to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the later period.Methods:We took spleen-deficiency model rats as the research objects,using gastrointestinal hormone levels,CD3 cell percentage and TFF3mRNA expression as the main indicators,rat body weight change,gastric emptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate as auxiliary indicators,tracking and identifying Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae's active ingredient for gastrointestinal motility regulation and gastrointestinal immunity.Results:Each batch of Liujunzi Decoction can significantly improve the general state of spleen-deficiency model rats,promote gastric emptying and small intestine propulsion in spleen-deficiency model rats,significantly increase the content of MTL in plasma and GAS in serum,and reduce plasma The content of VIP in the small intestine significantly increased the percentage of CD3 cells in the small intestinal mucosa,and the expression of TFF3mRNA was significantly better than the model recovery group and the long-term model.Conclusion:Liujunzi Decoction containing Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae can improve the gastrointestinal motility disorder caused by spleen deficiency symptoms by regulating the level of gastrointestinal hormones,increase the number of immune cells,enhance the expression of TFF3 mRNA,and promote the repair of damaged intestinal mucosal cells,and enhance intestinal mucosal defense capabilities.
