Abstract:To predict the active chemicals and targets on childhood asthma and explore the mechanism of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction.Methods:Based on TCMSP and Genecards database,the active chemicals and chemicals-targets were gathered.Then drug-chemicals-targets network and PPI network were performed utilizing string database and Cytoscape software.Finally,GO and KEGG enrichment analysis were carried out by using Cluster Profiler package in R RStudio software.Results:With the setting of OB≥30% and DL≥0.18,35 active chemicals were gathered,including quercetin,luteolin,(+)-catechin and so on and 171 targets(JUN,AKT1,MAPK1,MAPK3,RELA,IL6,etc)were fished out.GO and KEGG pathways were gathered and analysed,including TNF signaling pathway,AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway and so on.Conclusion:Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction may play a role in treating childhood asthma,inhibiting the expression of inflammatory factors and improving tracheal obstruction,through regulating multiple components,multiple targets,multiple signaling pathways.
