To explore the clinical effects of Dalitong Granules combined with itopride in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis and its effect on procalcitonin(PCT) level and gastrin17(G-17).Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Ma'anshan Central Hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group(n=30，Omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin capsule) and an observation group(Dalitong Granules combined with omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin capsule)，with 30 cases in each group.The total effective rate，PCT level，G-17，pepsinogen(PG Ⅰ，PG Ⅱ) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)，the PCT level was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)，and the G-17 level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) PG Ⅰ and PG Ⅱ in the Observation Group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)，and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic gastritis are treated with Dalitong Granules combined with Omeprazole+amoxicillin+clarithromycin capsule，which can effectively improve the indexes such as procalcitonin and gastrin，improve the level of serum cytokines，improve gastric mucosal lesions and reduce adverse reactions.It has the advantages of high safety and good curative effect，and should be popularized.
