To explore the clinical effect evaluation of Chaiyin Oral Liquid on children with wind-heat syndrome cold. Methods:A total of 120 children with wind-heat syndrome cold admitted to Medical Security Center of PLA General Hospital from July 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given ribavirin granules orally, and the observation group was given Chaiyin Oral Liquid. After 3 days of treatment, compare the clinical efficacy and clinical symptom relief time of the two groups of children were compared, and detect the immune function indicators(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+) and the levels of inflammatory factors [Interleukin-6(IL-6),Interleukin-8(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)] were detected. Results:After treatment, the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the relief time of the symptoms of high fever, cough, nasal congestion and runny nose, and chills in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant Significance(Ps<0.05); the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and CD8+ was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05); The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chaiyin Oral Liquid has significant effect in the treatment of children with wind-heat syndrome cold, which is conducive to improving the clinical symptoms of children, improving the body immunity, alleviating the inflammatory reaction, and has good drug safety.
