The data mining technology was used to explore the rule of acupoint selection and methods of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating diabetic gastroparesis.Methods:The clinical literature of acupuncture for DGP published from 2011 to 2020 was searched in Chinese Journal full-text database(CNKI)，Wanfang and VIP databases.A total of 73 literature were selected and acupoint prescriptions and methods were extracted.The software of Excel 2010 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for Statistical analysis and association analysis.Results:the top acupoints used for DGP were Zusanli(ST36)，Zhongwan(CV12)，Weishu(BL21)，Neiguan(PC6); the mostly commonly used meridians were Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming、Ren Channel、Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang; the major specific acupoints were the crossing points、five-shu points、xia-he points; the acupoints were mainly distributed in limbs and chest-abdomen;association rules suggest that Zhongwan(CV12)-Zusanli(ST36) has the highest degree of association; the core prescription for DGP was Zhongwan(CV12)、Zusanli(ST36)，Neiguan(PC6)，Weishu(BL21); filiform needle puncture was the most common treatment for DGP.Conclusion:There is some regularities of acupoints selection and methods related to DGP treated by acupuncture and moxibustion，which provides reference in clinical practice.
