To analyze and discuss the dialectical treatment rules of treating diminished ovarian reserve(DOR) with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database by literature data mining.Methods:Literature of treating DOR with TCM prescription in CNKI was retrieved,and a database of treating DOR was built.The prescription pattern of treating DOR in 11 years was analyzed by using the integrated data mining method of TCM inheritance assistant platform software(V2.5).Results:A total of 187 papers on the treatment of DOR were screened,involving 327 prescriptions and 190 medicinal materials.There were 39 drugs in the prescription whose frequency were beyond 30,42 drug combinations used commonly,14 core combinations and 7 new formulas.Conclusion:The fundamental cause of DOR is kidney deficiency,liver dysfunction and disorder of qi and blood were also important factors of the disease occurrence.The main TCM treatment of DOR was enriching the liver and kidney with herbal medicine,and,meanwhile,it could be combined with relieving the depression of liver qi,promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals,invigorating the spleen and dispelling dampness,coordinating the heart and kidney,and clearing away heat and dispersing phlegm,which provided new ideas for clinical prescription.
