To determine the content of Polysaccharide in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.using 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy quantitively. Methods:MRI spectrometry and Bruker Advanced Ⅲ.600 MRI spectrometer were used, with deuterium oxide used as solvent. With relaxation time(D1)as 1 s,pulse width(P1)as 14.90 s,number of scans(NS)as 32,the nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectrum was collected. With the hydrogen proton of shunbutene acid with a chemical shift(δ)of 6.40 as the internal standard peak, and the twin peaks at glucose chemical shift(δ)at 5.22~5.23 and 4.62~4.64 as quantitative peaks, glucose content was calculated. Results:The content of polysaccharide in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.was accurate and reliable by this method. Conclusion:The analysis shows that this method can be used for quantitative analysis of polysaccharie in Lycium ruthenicum Murr.,which has the advantages of rapidness, accuracy and convenience.
